We send it thru email and text.
Do you have any lock-in period?
Yes, at least 24 months.
If we decide to cut off our connection before the lock in period ends, do you have restrictions?
Yes, First you have to zero balance and then pay the pre-termination fee which is equivalent 3 times of your monthly bill.
How man gadgets can we able to connect for 20mbps?
Around 10 to 15 gadgets but that depends on user usage.
Is your internet connection unlimited?
We both have unlimited and capping.
Do we have any compensation or rebates?
We don't give rebates.
Do you have customer service that can handle customer complaints?
Every branch office we have CSRs that can respond to any complaint forwarded to our branch offices.
